Premier Inn Glasgow (motherwell)

Rooms could do with being revamped we had mould in the corner of room ,no sockets near bed and the heating didn't work.

Typical Premier Inn. Good clean rooms comfortable beds and pillows. Had breakfast in the adjoining restaurant and a few beers.

I forgot my engagement ring in my room when I was checking out. I was pretty sure the ring was there on the table beside my bed. when I called the reception to keep the ring for me they claimed that they did not find it. I called again after room services 12:00 pm and again the other colleague claimed that there is no ring. from the way they spoke to me I could tell that they agreed to hide it and take for their own benefit. I contacted the administration of the Premiere unfortunately no response. this was the first and worst experience ever in my life and I won't book rooms with Premiere again. everyday I cry for the ring recalling memories and past.

Not bad been to better Premier inn's not much to do within walking distance

A pleasant and well managed basic hotel. All amenities in place. Cooked to order on the breakfast, so allow time in the morning. The attached beefeater was quite poor, but I felt unfair to the hotel itself to include it as part of my review. Good job, well performed.
