“Shock” when I arrived from st. gallen coming in the hotel. despite reservation confirmation (per mail), you didn’t know about a booking on my name. In the reservation confirmation (and in the price) was also included breakfast. that was deleted, however, there would be no breakfast, except that it had not been agreed. my proof e-mail (with booking confirmation) which also contained breakfast was not looked at by the very unfriendly chef.A coworker has read the mail and had to agree with me. nothing happened! the price for the room remained the same as mentioned, despite booked and now arbitrarily cancelled breakfast... “Lotto prices”?! Conclusion: despite the clean replacement room, I will avoid this hotel in future! the chief was very unfriendly, although he walked past me, didn't greet me, no word talked to me, didn't apologize for any mistake in his turn, communicating only about his coworker... I stayed quiet and polite... but missed any customer orientation?I wanted to spend a good night here, but I'm still going to explore a good breakfast and then I'm going to enjoy it tomorrow...

9 small perch fillets à la carte, hard fried, no salad. Honestly not great for 25.
