We had a delicious meal at Carine's! We had not made a reservation but luckily we were allowed to take a picture in her restaurant. It is a menu that she had put together that day, but for the vegetarian in the middle she was prepared to adapt it so that she could also enjoy a delicious dinner. We arrived after a long hike and were very warmly welcomed by Carine, the manager of the establishment, for lunch. As for the food: delicious, homemade and plentiful, we couldn't ask for better (special mention to the homemade tiramisu . The breakfast is also homemade and tasty! The guest rooms are very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms is impeccable. We really enjoyed talking with Carine and the guests of the establishment, in a friendly atmosphere. Don't hesitate if you're passing through the area!
