I visited this Caribou a few times. The first time I visited him was very busy and the staff started it! While I was at the pickup counter, I told you to rock it. No one must have heard me because there was no recognition. I'm going back a morning and I had a new person who helps me sign up. Morgan was of great help and he always wore such a beautiful smile. He got my dog a pup cup that made both my dog and I happy. I returned the next day to refill my coffee addiction. This time I went to the Drive-Thru and I was not surprised when I came to the window that Morgan helped me again. His customer service is top-notch and lets me continue to visit this site!

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute kindness and my coffee order is always in place. It is my dogs favorite place as well as Lol. Some of the last bad reviews seem really unfair given the current lack of personnel that EVERYWHERE are seen. I never had a problem here?

Worst drive-thru Experience / Customer Service! You ask so many questions before you make an order? You can scan my Perks number in the window because I'm paying on my app anyway? You don't have to ask me my phone number on the drive-thru! The staff does not seem to pay attention to the fact that there is disruption of traffic at times making cars waiting in the street. I almost saw someone hit his dog with a car. Are you moving it along Caribou staff? Except you? more to deal with yourself instead of customer experience and security

I get the same coffee here every day and it?s usually alway done well and I appreciate the staff. Unfortunately I walk in today to the counter and no one acknowledges me the whole time. Customer service 101, even when your busy you can say sorry I?ll be with you in a second. Trust me it?s not like your saving lives. Be better?.
