We placed our order online and arrived at the store at the estimated time, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order to appear in the pickup portal. During this time, no one checked on us, and we witnessed other customers being treated poorly. When I finally approached the counter to inquire about our order, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes while the manager and the greeter were engaged in a conversation that included insulting innocent children who were with their mother, complaining about corporate, and discussing throwing away our order. It turns out our food was ready before we arrived, but they never bothered to place it in the portal or ask if it was ours. When I finally got to the counter, the staff member handed me our order without any greeting, apology, or thanks, only saying, "Just take it." To top it off, the food was hard and mediocre. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I've had at a pizza place, and I won't be returning. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

This restaurant does not prioritize customer service or the quality of service. Cleanliness is also lacking. My experience was with takeout.

As for parking, the spot right in front of the entrance feels a bit too cramped. However, the restaurant itself does a great job; it's really the other drivers who can be a bit chaotic while trying to grab their pizzas first. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price was around $30–50 per person. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 I highly recommend trying the Pepperoni Pizza and the Meat Pizza. Regarding parking, I’m not entirely sure about the availability, but there is free parking in the lot.
