Chick-fil-a - Mount Airy

Typically, I would rate this place a perfect 5 in every category, but this time we encountered a drive-thru employee who seemed disinterested. We also didn't receive any of the condiments we requested with our orders, and the waffle fries were cold.

Chick-fil-A consistently offers excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Their focus on customer satisfaction is evident, and they go the extra mile to meet your needs! The food quality surpasses that of many fast-food chains, although it is still categorized as fast food. However, the waffle fries can occasionally be a bit soggy, and the chicken minis during breakfast haven’t featured large enough pieces of chicken for some time now.

I was very disappointed to learn that pup cups are no longer available. I can easily take my business to Christiansburg instead.

We really love Chick-fil-A but this visit was a little lacking. My husband ordered 2 meals with fries and one nuggets with fries not in a meal. He also asked for a couple of Sriracha sauces for his fries. They only gave him one sauce and then didn't give him one of the fries. Some one wasn't paying attention. In the end he didn't need the sauce because he gave his fry to one of the grandkids. Somewhat disappointed. But still, we like Chick-fil-A so we will definitely give it another try.

Consistently Chic fil a. They never disappoint! And this location certainly sets the example for others.
