Chick-fil-a - Mount Airy

Normally I would give a 5 across the board, this time we had a drive thru employee who didn't seem to care, we did not receive any condiments that we had asked for on all the orders and the waffle fries were cold

Chick-fil-A always has great service and a great atmosphere. They are very customer-oriented and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction! The food is better than most fast food places but is still fast food . Sometimes the waffle fries are a little soggy , and the chicken minis at breakfast have not had big enough pieces of chicken in them for a while.

Was very disappointed to be told the pup cups were not offered anymore. Can easily take my business to Christiansburg.

We really love Chick-fil-A but this visit was a little lacking. My husband ordered 2 meals with fries and one nuggets with fries not in a meal. He also asked for a couple of Sriracha sauces for his fries. They only gave him one sauce and then didn't give him one of the fries. Some one wasn't paying attention. In the end he didn't need the sauce because he gave his fry to one of the grandkids. Somewhat disappointed. But still, we like Chick-fil-A so we will definitely give it another try.

Consistently Chic fil a. They never disappoint! And this location certainly sets the example for others.
