Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Again this is just your typical Maccas food. Service was very slow with cars queues back to the road. It is either a very popular McDonalds or they need to get more staff to cope. Saying that our food order was always correct

This restaurant in Mackay is one of the few that allows pets, making it a great spot for pet owners. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly.

The restaurant is easy to park at, with clean restrooms and a tidy dining area. The customer service is polite and my order was ready in no time. Great job!

The coffee at this restaurant is great for grabbing on the go as you head north on the Bruce Highway to your next destination. It was a bit hot, but well made.

We visited this restaurant on 21 February at 20.27:46 for a coffee with friends. We were served by Paige who obviously did not want to be there. We asked if they had the coffee vouchers that we could get stamped for our purchases. We were told they don 't have them any more as you have to use the app. We have the app and attempted to connect to their wifi to be told by Paige that it hadn 't worked for 'ages '. So consequently no stamps for us. The coffee, when it came, was only tepid and tasted like dishwater. This was the mist disappointing visit to a McDonald 's store that I have ever visited. Very unhappy customers.
