McDonald's - MOUNT ANNAN

The restaurant has undergone a significant change! It is now cleaner and the staff is friendlier. The food was packaged neatly. I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. Keep up the good work.

Once again, the McDonald's in Mt Annan is awful. The drive-thru wasn't working, so I had to go inside. The self-service machine was also not working. I placed my order at the counter, paid for my meal, and waited a few minutes only to be told that they had to cook the nuggets and that I would have to wait another 3 minutes. I decided to get a refund and leave. The staff was rude as usual, and I will not be returning to this terrible location.

Typical McDonalds store. Fast service. Friendly staff. Enjoy McCafe's coffee. The beauty of McDonalds is what you expect.

I typically don't frequent McDonald's, but I decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong. The fries were cold and unsalted, the burgers had all the toppings we requested to be left off, the coffee was cold, and they forgot the Happy Meal altogether. The tables were so dirty that I had to ask the staff to clean it, though I did try to find another table first (they were all the same). While I don't have high expectations for fast food restaurants, this experience was disappointing. I even witnessed the manager yelling at the staff, only to see her laughing after they left. Needless to say, we won't be returning. I hope the management takes these comments into consideration.

This McDonalds has serious problem with higeine and food handling procedures. It is a third time that I have found a hair in either my or my kids meals an if you look around there I no wonder that hair fly's everywhere, some girls there...have exposed hair reaching their back sites. While this might look trandy there is no place for this in a food preparation area. So after tonight's incident I decided that this was a last straw for me and I have done with Macca's. I just hope that food inspectors shut this place down but then again McDonalds would just buy their way out of it. So the best way is to spread the word and let people know about their dodgy practice's so please spread the word because the only way this people will change if it hits them in the hip pocket not that I ever want to eat there again
