Mt. Chase Lodge - Mount Chase

I like everything about this Lodge, starting with Lindsay and Mike, as they are good people and wonderful hosts! Been here twice and will most certainly return.....great location, wonderful setting, comfortable rooms AND you will be pleased with the food, too!

Absolutely had the best summer weekend at Mount Chase Lodge in Maine! We stayed at the South Branch room as recommended by Lindsay, and we couldn’t be happier. I was initially worried about going off the grid in an unfamiliar place. We are city people, and the room had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking leisurely in the pond. Not to mention, the food and service were impeccable. Thank you so much to Mike, Lindsay, Lexi, Kelley, and the team at Mount Chase Lodge for making our stay so memorable!

If you are looking for wilderness with comfort and personalized service, then this place is it. Great hosts! Nearby activities: Very close to Baxter State Park and nothing else. The best place to recover from backcountry tenting (in case that went wrong) and instant food. Food drinks: If the food is this good, you do not need a choice (and there is none).
