Landed for dinner in the garrison and had the lamb raan. I have to say it was in the top 5 meals I had all the time. Excellent food and great service. My partner had the mushroom risotto and again it was exceptional. Will... again.
The Garrison restaurant near the ANZAC Centre produces excellent food served by friendly people. The view from above to the coast was magical at night.
We had heard a lot about this place, so we booked a table. It is located next to the ANZAC Museum, therefore the name. It has a magnificent view of the sea and the countryside. The menu was limited, we both ordered the fish. The portions were...small, certainly not worth $42 per. The fish was perfectly cooked. We also ordered a page of Fritten for $12. Cooked at home, nice. We're not going back.
Poor calamari, was like eating an inner tube, gunnery and tastelessness The rest of the meal was ok, staff were not interested when I brought this up
