Contribuisci feedbackI usually write no reviews and usually verryunderstanding to problems. So, if I say, it was a terrible situation. I command the duty, my children love it. I have a problem that one of my little kids only likes cheese pizza. So when I ordered it, I said, 3 phone calls from courts one of them is minus pepperoni. You screwed up the order I waited for over 20 minutes. One of the employees apologized and gave a voucher for the next visit. What was the problem. Good, no. A week later, I ordered the same and the same exact situation again. With an additional bonus coupon it was assumed next it was expired. In addition to that between an employee and the manager on the staff, they escalated the situation instead of deescalating. There are more things that went wrong, but I think you should see that new leadership should be appointed.
I made an order. They delivered to the wrong address. Didn't call. I'll call customer service and wait 20 minutes. Stop. This time is almost 10 o'clock. She told me I had to wait 7-10 days for my refund. I've waited for an hour, no attempt to talk, so I don't have food and I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. The representative didn't take care of it and told me what it looks like and put the phone on me. This is the worst customer service I have received.
Great cheap pizza, probably the best of all my local locations. You always make great hot pizza perfect for a brushed meal.
The lady knows her stuff and seemed to train and treat most customers. I'm not sure what her name was because she has to help the one who has the name on my bill, but she was excellent! I wish I had got her a coffee because she always seemed to have what would be like a long day. Keep the excellence in management!
I'd do a 5 Star but I just order the Batman calzone and for some reason a slice is gone even took a pic. ? It's the corner left piece but ya Weird.
