However, I tend to avoid dining here unless I'm in dire need due to the terrible customer service provided by the three older ladies who work here. They treat customers as though we're a burden to them. There are no greetings, and they barely make eye contact when taking payment. Here's a tip for you, ladies: if you don’t enjoy your job, maybe it's time to find a new one. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and courteous, but the cleanliness is truly alarming. It's hard to describe just how dirty the place is; "filthy" doesn't even begin to cover it. Considering we're still navigating through COVID, I would have expected better efforts to maintain hygiene. During my visit today, there was no water, no hand sanitizer, and no paper towels available. The pumps looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 70s. It's time for the management to step up and really prioritize cleaning this establishment.
The restaurant is listed as open 24 hours on Google, but that's not accurate. I ended up having to go to the IGA at Mt. Cotton instead. Businesses that provide essential services, like fuel and food, need to keep their Google listings updated if they want to be taken seriously in terms of customer service.
Slow pumping, mixed service in the usually a bit more expensive than elsewhere.
Good take away food but always expensive fuel drinks
