Chili's Grill - Mount Dora

Chili's in Mount Dora consistently delivers good food with great service. While it may not be the most impressive dining experience, they offer tasty burgers and steaks at reasonable prices. The service is efficient and the food is served promptly.

I have ordered takeout from this restaurant twice in the past 60 days, and both times my order was missing items. For both orders, the salad dressing was missing, as well as side items and toppings on the salads. Additionally, one time I received fried chicken instead of grilled. Due to these consistent errors, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I called ahead to inquire about the wait time for a table for two. The person on the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes. Upon our arrival just 6 minutes later, we were informed that the wait would actually be 45 minutes. It was frustrating to be given inaccurate information over the phone and then be met with attitude when questioning the discrepancy.

We enjoyed this Chili's. The food and service were good. There were 4 of us, and we got right in at 5.30. Right after it got busy.Dietary restrictions: We are gluten free and dairy free

Wow, great service. Food was hot and they had a food runner, so when the food hits the window it is run to the table. Awesome!!!
