Subway - Mount Dora

This Subway is located just a mile away from our home. I am appalled by the consistently terrible customer service we have received during our past two visits from a young man who appears to have no interest in his job. Our visit last night was the final straw. We were completely ignored and the young man's favorite phrase seems to be "WHAT ELSE," which is extremely rude. We have decided to go the extra mile to visit the Subway in Mount Dora where we always receive excellent and friendly customer service. I have never been disappointed at that location.

The two people working at this restaurant seemed to be in a bad mood or unhappy with their lives. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Coming from a family of restaurant professionals, I would not let these individuals represent me if this was a recurring issue. I even felt too uncomfortable to ask for my birthday cookie. The service was disturbing. I dined in for lunch.

Place is clean parking lot is terribly congested a accident waiting to happen the surrounding landscaping isn't pleasant but I guess it Is just a gas station the owner and attending employee do not make the customer a priority kind of make you feel like you're a inconvenience in their day better to go across te street to the other station if service is important to you
