UPDATED FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS ' WORTH OF . . . . SERVICE EXPERIENCE HERE The fat, old, white guy that works here? Rude as hell.. He lit a cigarette in front of my pregnant body, which was also carrying a toddler, and holding hands with my oldest who is also fairly young (well under ten . My point is any American with common sense of commonly accepted American social behaviors would no less, than know better! I point out his behavior as poor customer service because he was an employee who displayed such behavior, proudly, near an entrance, then actually scoffed at me when, upon taking his first drag, asked me a question about my child, and to which I responded, I am SO sorry, but I refuse to speak to you while you smoke that; it 's bad for us. The food: it is ALWAYS COLD. It does not matter if it is the obvious rush time, if there is no line, if you get there early or late. It just doesn 't matter. . If that is the case, that you 're rushing in last minute, they find you leftovers of what you order, and microwave it and stuff it in your Styrofoam box, and call it service. There has been ONE consistent employee that I have seen there: the cashier (who touches your food after handling your money! I have been coming to this base for almost two years, as often as a work week straight for a month long. The first time I came in here while Kristin Schultz was on shift as cashier, she literally forgot/misunderstood over half my order. I noticed she was not in a great mood due to some self deserving WW 's on duty, so I let it slide. I reordered , left, the rest is history. Of my next 8 visits to base, she only got ONE order correct. After the first three times of this happening, I completely stopped having any proper expectations from her. At first, I suspected that maybe she was. . . Slow . She was so bubbly with me and my kids every time I went in. I felt awful for having an issue. But enough is enough. I really think she is just stupid and apathetic. . . She is well aware and undoubtedly normal . When I order food, I am very explicit about the vocabulary I use so there are no mix ups because I have young children in tow 24/7. Not to mention I hate buying food out just because I don 't have access to a kitchen. (I waitressed for several years, and also worked in a restaurant for my grandparents pretty much since I was tall enough to stand up on a stool at a kitchen counter. Now, to me, whenever a customer says, an order of. . that means a whole serving. So if I said TWO ORDERS of _____ a la carte that means two! Like, for two different people, or two complete servings. . Whenever I come in here, I always order a la carte because I have youngsters. No one else EVER gets my order wrong except for this cashier. there was an issue where she didn 't charge me correctly and I was actually expected to stay there till who-knew-when, when her boss would get back, to fix the problem because otherwise she was going to be in a lot of trouble . I stayed for a while, and after about 45 minutes told her that she was going to have to call me at my hotel room (on base, .4 miles from this establishment to fix the issue because I am (chronically ill and need rest. She argued with me as if I were trying to get a free meal (gave her my hotel number, Unit, name of First, and cell phone number of complete free will prior to telling her I was leaving so it was obvious I was not trying to get a free meal on her screw ups.
