30/12/2024. Situated in a quiet section of a very huge mall, was greeted by a friendly waitress. She explained that the water droplets were from the aircon and proceeded to dry and clean the table. Menu had a nice variety of ice cream servings at a very reasonable price. Service was great and quick. Recommended for a family treat. Kid-friendliness: Large serving of ice cream is a fun surprise! Absolutely awful experience. My wife and I both ordered waffles and they gave us some cheap knock off of cream instead of fresh cream. It actually made us feel so sick and unwell. The staff were great and explained due to being under a franchise the franchise has decided to stock this cheap alternative instead of actual fresh cream. Recently milky lane on a whole (visited a few Stores) have been well below par and their quality has been awful. It's really sad because milky lane used to be the BEST back in the day.
