Mcdonald's - Mount Ephraim

This McDonald's is always on the point! The food is fresh and the line moves quickly. I heard the joke about McDonald's milkshake machine that never works, but we have never been told for milkshakes at this point:

Fast, fresh and hot food! The only reason I didn't have 5 stars because again, there were onions on some of the sandwiches I ordered for my family

The place offers a large variety of fresh food. I enjoyed dining here. Employees are always super friendly, pricing is reasonable and the place is always well organised.

I waited in the drive-thru line for takeout and ordered a Big Mac, 4 double cheeseburgers, and 2 large fries at 6:34pm. Despite being the second car in line, I did not receive my order until 6:55pm after banging on the window for attention. Unfortunately, all of my food was cold by the time I arrived home, which is less than a mile away. The service was terrible and next time I will not be following their instructions to move to the next window.

Every time we place an order, we specifically request no onions on any items that may contain them. The receipts consistently show "No onions," but almost every time, without fail, we are given onions, not just at this location but at others as well. I would be more understanding if it was during a busy time and they simply forgot. However, there was only one other person in the drive-thru, and the inside of the restaurant was generally empty. It's not a major issue, but due to allergies and safety concerns, I wish McDonald's would take these requests more seriously. While they may seem like personal preferences, they could be crucial for individuals with serious medical conditions.
