They are top tier in my book when for an ice cream cone and their machine was up and running not one issue. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

There is this lady that’s always rude from 4 to 10 pm when I ever go there. Everything else is good and everyone else is nice but she’s the only one. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger, French Fries, Fries, Chicken Mcnuggets

Took 25 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. I get it it's McDonald's but if you hate your job that much then quit! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I came through the drive thru I was in the second one. So the drive thru person to the other car before me and I explained to him that I was first. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding he got smart and said I quote it doesn’t matter now can I take your order. So I proceeded to the first window to pay for my order. Then I get to the 2nd window and I pull around and park and my order is wrong. I asked for a number 7 two cheeseburgers plain with a medium size fries and I asked them for a upgrade on my Beverage and they charged me for a water I didn’t order and my mango smoothie was a small. So I went back inside and ask for a manager his name was Hector he walks up pants sagging not looking the McDonald’s way. So he corrected the order but still gave me the same apple pie. McDonald’s was my first job as a young man. One thing I learned the customer is always right. Resolve the issue with integrity and respect.

One in tired are waiting for order, but no body ask if I have to order five minutes standing I need to use large screen again and again
