The chili is of course authentic and is smooth in texture, similar to Empress for anyone who's had that before. But of course very different in texture from the likes of say Camp Washington Chili. I found it had a bit better taste than Empress. Them I wasn't a fan of, but I'd certainly come back here. Service was great, Angelo is still back there cooking, very impressive! It seems to be a very much casual local place, old fashioned in a way, all of which I really enjoyed. It is cash only, so be aware of that. All together I had a great experience. Great Cincinnati Chili for a great price, with great service and nice atmosphere, what more could you ask for!
Staff was wonderful, food was quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. As a first timer, this experience was heavenly.
This place is like a time capsule. Quiet, old fashioned. Truly a hidden gem. Food is made with passion and experience from Angelo. If you like P&S diner, you'll love A&A. Only thing I'd have to say bad is parking as it's located right on Hamilton avenue. But this isn't the restaurants fault of course. God Bless Angelo.
I was so blessed this morning found this little gem. Had the hands down best breakfast I have had in a very long time .
This is the BEST place to go for Great service, Great food, and a Great price! If you haven't been, a must go! Angelo is still cooking at his age, good for him! I will go again. I would like to see him get an award for cooking as long as he has. I got the deluxe cheeseburger with fries, and I mean to tell you!! It reminded me of the burgers and fries that you used to get when you were a kid. Good old fashioned home cooked taste. Thank you Angelo!
