Sam Fish And Chicken - Mount Healthy

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but I’m giving it a four-star rating for the food because the fried options can become repetitive. I suggest adding a grill to offer choices for those who can’t eat too much fried food.

I came across Sams on the map and it sounded appealing, so I decided to give it a try based on the positive reviews. The chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the shrimp and fries were served hot.

I ordered takeout, and the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and helpful in ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. It was my first time visiting, and I will definitely return.

I met Sam, the owner, and he was quite wonderful!! So was the cook that made my whiting fish sandwich?. In these difficult times where restaurants are closing left and right, i go out of my way to support local businesses. Sam's Fish Chicken in Mt. Healthy is worth my 30 minute drive for the best fish in town!!
