Mcdonald's - Mount Holly

The restaurant experience can be hit or miss, depending on the staff working. My partner has a sesame seed allergy, and when we request seedless buns, they sometimes still come with seeds. However, they have been improving.

My son is a big fan of fries, so we decided to stop at this restaurant. It was quite busy, but the service was fast and the fries were hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I could have complained about not receiving my cookie after ordering at the kiosk, as the sign promised, but I decided to let it go. This restaurant, although not on my usual route, was definitely worth the detour. When I arrived, the parking lot was busy and the drive-thru seemed crowded. Inside, there was a new hire orientation happening, a few customers, and the staff seemed to be working hard. Despite the hectic environment, they were efficient and friendly. My order was correct, the buzzers were quickly attended to, and the staff remained professional. Thankfully, I was able to leave before meeting "Scarey Mary" from the orientation.
