Isaac's Mount Joy

I just dined at Mount Joy Isaac's restaurant, and I have to say that the young man who served us was outstanding. Conor was very friendly and made an excellent waiter. It's not every day you come across someone like Conor. I hope the location manager sees this review – you truly have a gem in Conor!

Waiting and waiting for seats. No employee realized we were there. After all, a rude manager said he was shorthanded. All right, I understand. But we could have known they would come to us. But nothing! Because of rudeness. Never again!

We had lunch as a family and it was our first visit with the grandchildren. We loved the children's menu options, especially the rainbow bread PB&J, which was a fun surprise. Everyone at the Mount Joy location was very welcoming. I'm happy to report that my eldest daughter is eager to return for another lunch!

Regardless, we went ahead and ordered my favorite: the Twisted Chicken on a Pretzel Roll, loaded with tomatoes! My partner chose the Mallard on a Pretzel Roll. Both dishes were exceptional, and the service was equally wonderful. The restaurant features charming, colorful decor and offers outdoor seating, along with handicapped parking available at the front. It's located at the far end of the shopping center. Odie, we’ll definitely be back!

Just finished up our lunch and while the food was delicious our waitress made a lot of mistakes. Firstly I specified a bowl(large) of soup and she brought me a small. I then ordered the flaming chicken wrap and specifically specified crispy chicken in the wrap and she brought it out with grilled chicken. She never came around to check up on us until we were finished. We were both low on napkins and water. She then came at the end with the check and brought my wife a tortellini salad even though my wife already got one. Like I said great food but poor customer service and lack of attention to details.
