Red Lobster Mount Juliet

The dining experience was fantastic! Our waitress was incredibly lovely and attentive to our needs. The food was prepared quickly and met our expectations. While prices have increased, what can we do? The service and food are still excellent!

The price increases at this restaurant are truly shocking. Fish and chips now cost $15.49, while the "choose two" option is priced at $22, and many other meals have seen hikes of $5 to $10. By 8 PM on a Friday night, the restaurant was only lightly filled, and it’s easy to see why. The new prices are the real catch, but the food quality does not match what you pay, and there’s no inflation rate that can justify such jumps in cost. We ordered the two-for-$22 deal, and it simply wasn’t worth it, especially considering the small portion sizes (as shown in the picture, the broiled flounder looked quite sad). If Red Lobster is wondering why their business is struggling, they should take a good look at their menu prices—that’s the issue.

Our server Jaycee went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. While there are closer restaurants, we’re willing to travel further for such outstanding service. Other staff members also checked in on us as they passed by, and even the manager came out to discuss my comments regarding the quality of our food and service. Thank you so much; we will definitely be loyal customers.
