Taco Bell - Mount Juliet

That was by far the best manager....they were busy and a man went in, but it seemed in a hurry. He wanted to skip everyone in the line, but the staff told him they had to go fine. He waited in the line and ordered his food, but after a few minutes he left the restaurant and went to Lebanon rd. When they called his name, I looked around and nobody was left in the restaurant to get the food. I told the manager that a young man had just walked and showed her what direction he had gone. She took the bag, got into her car and let him find it! My daughter and I were done and gone. A few minutes later, I saw the man go to the manager car and she gave him the bag. Then she turned around and when she was back to the store. The man went on the way with a smile of gratitude. No other manager would take care of enough to take the time! It's great to know some people who still care about others. Also... we had something wrong with our order and the manager came to us and corrected it himself. This is a business that people are going back!

I'll take back what I said before and add a star. This place is great. Simon took our order and is very nice, polite, knowledgeable and efficient and the Mngr? It's super cool. Take my Kiddos cookies. Thank you, you did our night!

This place is old and run-down, but they manage to be consistently fresh and hot with the food they send out.
