Contribuisci feedbackI visited this Starbucks for the first and last time, which is unfortunate because I often shop at Target, and having a Starbucks in-store could be a great benefit—if only the staff provided better service. My server treated me as if I were a bother for placing an order. In contrast, she was warm and friendly with what seemed to be her regular customers, greeting them with smiles and engaging in conversation. She was so eager to help one of these regulars that she even let him jump the line to order ahead of others, myself included. To top it off, she only charged him a little over $2 for a venti latte—I'm curious how any Starbucks drink comes in at under $3! It felt very questionable. Meanwhile, the other staff members were so engrossed in their own conversations that they delayed the line, making it difficult for customers to place their orders. Starbucks is usually my favorite coffee spot, but this location has lost me as a customer. I strongly recommend that management reconsider their hiring practices and provide thorough customer service training for the team at this location.
I would love to share my thoughts on the coffee, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I hoped for. The three baristas behind the counter seemed more focused on chatting about their hairstyles and debating who would win in a fight among themselves (I’m not joking). There was one other customer online, but it felt like the staff kept prioritizing other employees who were coming in. I wanted to try the pumpkin spice coffee to see if it lived up to the hype, but maybe it was for the best that they overlooked me. I can only guess that the long claws they had glued to their fingers don't get cleaned very well.
I can't bring myself to support a business that charges outrageous prices for a cup of coffee. At those rates, coffee enthusiasts could easily buy a bag of premium coffee grounds and enjoy several cups at home.
Courtney is incredible! She consistently delivers outstanding service and makes every dish taste amazing! Although she can occasionally show some attitude—understandably, given the rudeness of some customers—she always maintains a professional and polite demeanor. Thank you very much, Thunda!
The service at this restaurant was the slowest I've ever encountered. While I could understand if this were just a rare occurrence, it seems to happen repeatedly. I ordered a hot chocolate but was served one that contained caffeine instead. How does that even happen? What could possibly explain that?
