I?m a long time Starbucks customer so I know when my beverage is made correctly or not, and in this case it was a pretty big not. I didn?t ask to have them make another because I figured it would take me another 15 minutes and I was not willing to wait around any longer.
The staff are very loud The consumer services isn't that great I told a girl that the milk was spoiled and she didnt change it she left it. The staff talks over the guess . They dont say thank you when your paying out . Talking to each other In their language when placing your order.
First and last time visiting this Starbucks, which is unfortunate because I shop frequently at Target, and having a Starbucks inside the store could be quite the perk, if not for the rude/standoffish servers who lack customer service skills. My server looked as though I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. This was not true towards what seemed to be her regulars in which she greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. She appeared so happy to assist them, that she actually allowed one of her regulars to jump the line and place his order before others (including myself). Might I also add that she only charged him $2 and change for a venti size latte- I 'd like to know which Starbucks coffee in a venti size costs less than $3! Stealing much? The other servers were loud and so involved I 'm their own personal conversations which each other, that it held up the line for customers to place their orders. Starbucks is often my go-to coffee spot. This location, however, has lost me as a customer. I 'd highly recommend those that be reconsider who they employ, as well as provide an ample amount of customer service training to those at this particular location.
Absolutely disgusted today. The amount of fruit flies on litterly every piece of food in the display was atrocious. Completely unhealthy and definitely no where near Board of Health approved. This place is never clean. Always something sticky and Crumbs are coffee grounds everywhere. I 've been here several times and the customer service is completely non existent. No smiles, attitude, always the I hate my job, why are you bothering me look. The only reason I come back is because parking is way easier then the one on the main road down the street and I can walk around Target to get things I need. Not after seeing all these fruit flies though. I already remember seeing some products have dates on them that were older, which I 'm assuming indicates expired, but they still used. Gross!
Slowest. Service. Ever. I get it if it just happened once, but this happens every time. I had ordered a hot chocolate and was give hot chocolate with caffeine. How?! Why?!
