I liked that fact that this place was not jam packed with overbooked reservations. Maybe it is the whole Restaurant attached to a hotel mystique that steers people away. Maybe they are just good at not over promising availability. I would put this restaurant on the same level of the Hyde Park 's that I have seen attached to Holiday Inn 's across the country. Not sure if the beef was USDA Prime (if it is they should advertise it), but it tasted just as good maybe it is the strength of the chef. Drinks left a bit to be desired but, to be fair, it is hard to find a good Blue Cheese Stuffed Dirty Martini anywhere.
Great setting but food overall was not good . It was a total for 10 of us and no one really enjoyed their meal
The drinks were great and so was the service. However, the food was poor to adequate. My wife had the pork chop which was raw in the middle and my Bronzino was strong tasting. Not going back!
Had the pleasure of revisiting Redz lest I alert the masses who will flock in droves....Peaceful serenity is always a good thing to dine by................
