I always get the combo with half salad half sandwich the last good 5 times I was here? ve asked for extra sauce on my chipotle chicken sandwich they say okay and forget it this last time I even remembered the girl make it and guess what they forget not the less I sit here eating a dry sandwich from here again

Join today to get a salad and the girl scratches her hair right before casting my dressing in the cup....Nasty. The lady in the register was nice enough to get me a new one, but the girl never changes her gloves and was still not washing a hand,,, nothing. Then the guy packed sandwich wraps, no gloves???? I don't want to eat hair or fingers. Do we still experience COVID-19? What's the matter with Saladworks?

Sad....this was NO WHERE NEAR a $29 salad!! I got a TON of extra and it was in a diner take out container. I probably could have gotten a bigger AND fresher salad at a diner. The lettuce mix itself was not fresh as it was getting that faint smell of being older. I mean it's still very edible, just not fresh. One tiny scoop of corn, one sliced egg, small amount of bacon. The blue cheese dressing was just that....nothing special at all. I was SO excited to order from here had a few extra bucks to get the salad. Never again.... I'll just hit that diner up get a HUGE fresh salad.

Ordered the turkey club salad turkey isn't in it! Not worth $11! My first last time! Saladworks customer service messaged me to contact them about my bad experience review months ago. I did customer service never replied. I even reached out to them again 4 weeks ago still no response! I even reached out through the app, twice no one got back to me!! Do you want my business or not?!
