Trading Post - Mount Macedon

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for enjoying delicious coffee and lunch, among many other options. It truly lives up to its reputation as a go-to place for a quick meal. The cake, sandwiches, and coffee are all wonderful. Plus, the staff is extremely friendly.

The Trading Post consistently delivers delicious home-cooked meals with fast service. The baked goods are a standout, and it's no surprise that this flourishing business is always bustling with satisfied customers.

From the outside relieved, but a stubborn inside, with many goodies, eating, coffee, wein, including a post!

Stopping to look at the church next door... I was fascinated to see a post office that had been converted to be so much more... not just a post office, but also a general store, a gift store and a charming cafe. First impressions count...and this one held true. I looked around at the items on offer and they have a marvellous range of items, I struggled to choose between two books that were there...so I figured it was just better to take both...why fight my impulse?!?! The service was okay here, but that isn't it's redeeming feature... the tea and yo-yo were incredible. It's really the whole package here... if you accept that the service will be professional rather than friendly.

Plenty of choice of hot or cold food and beverages. Excellent quality. Warm and appealing inside tables.
