Little Caesars Pizza - Mount Morris

We had a terrible experience here in the past due to the rude staff, but we decided to give the restaurant another chance. This time, we were welcomed by friendly and pleasant staff. The pizza was excellent, and we really enjoyed the well-made light sauce!

I ordered a custom filled crust pizza through the app and was disappointed to find that there was no filled crust. I paid extra for it and didn’t get what I ordered. Be sure to check your order before you take it home. The order slip on the box even said “filled crust.”

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I won’t be going back. They made a mistake with my order, and when I pointed it out, they tried to charge me extra to fix it. They told me that if I wanted the correct food, I would have to pay for it. I tried to speak with the manager, but they said the same thing. I also tried to reach out to the company, but received no response. In the end, it was a significant difference in the amount I had to pay, and the staff did not seem to care. I do not recommend this place.

My kids wanted pizza after school, so I stopped for two hot and finished pizzas, just enough. It was said on the counter that they do not accept orders in the store. If I'm not mistaken, this isn't a major attraction for her? I'll take my money elsewhere.

2 large power bolis ordered tonight and both had 4 toppings each. But when I came home and started eating, not 1 of them had enough toppings, they are both just a lot of baked bread. Very disappointed.
