Mcdonald's - Mount Pleasant

The things we wanted was outIt was hard to understand herAt the end we left without getting anything.I am not happy ???

I took a star off because the soda fountain dispenser was issuing warm drinks. If you know anything about carbonation, you know that warm drinks served through a fountain are generally flat drinks. However, the place was clean and quiet, and the service was fast. Everyone seemed very friendly.

Never got served, went thru drive thru, waited over 5 minutes watching the vehicles in the other lane driving off never getting served. I drove up to 1st window and nobody there. Drove to second window where there was a girl with her back turned to window, I tapped on window, she opened it it and said What, I asked if they were opened, she looked around and said I guess. I told her everybody is driving off because noone was taking orders and she said because nobody had a headset on, so I asked if she would take my order and she said I had to drive back around to the speaker, where noone was taking orders because noone had a headset on). So I asked to see the manager, waited several more minutes before he came to window, I told him what was going on and instead of taking my order he shut the window and starting getting on to her. They don't have workers. So very unprofessional.

Everything was sticky and no toilet paper was in any of the bathroom stalls. Someone was cleaning the dining area, but they were using the same towel to wipe the table tops that they used on the seats. Everything at the drink station was sticky, including the floor.

Some of the to younger staff can be somewhat rude but other than that not a bad place to stop for a quick burger or to hit drive
