Arby's - Mount Pleasant

Two people working during peak lunch time... I knew it was a red flag when I walked in and there were multiple people standing at the counter... I gave it a shot anyway... And BTW, I'm writing this review because I'm bored while I go on my 15th minute of waiting for a classic roast beef and mozz sticks... Ugh.. I'd give them less stars, but the place is clean and the staff is friendly enough, and apologized for the wait... honestly it's not their fault..I pin this one on management, get these people some help and support, then this would be a 5 star Arby's.

Has become my daily lunch stop at work and this is one of the better restaurants in this immediate area. Food quality is consistently good, staff is very friendly, and I always get my food quickly(which is great when you're on lunch break).

Horrible customer service.On 3 different occasions of going here the same girl has given me attitude and un-needed rudeness. Pretty much made fun of me and my boyfriend because of the food we ordered. Didn’t want to give us extra sauce gave us MARINARA instead of bronco berry sauce. This worker should get fired because she has a horrible attitude and doesn’t have respect for the customers even when we’re nothing but nice. Lose the bad worker or lose customers because of her.

Coworkers are very nice food is great highly recommend you coming
