I loooooove the funnel cake among other things they sell!!!!

I’ve been here a couple times and the people have always been nice. I just didn’t like most of the food. ? I wish I could say I did but I didn’t. The esquite is the only thing I liked, but it wasn’t anything special. The elote in a cup had too much water so I basically had half water and half elote, which tasted kinda gross. I wish they had something to be able to separate the elote and water when serving it in a cup. Also, they use Tajin on their corn, which isn’t anything fantastic. I rather have some kind of salsa added on. The corn is definitely not as good as Elotes Del Valle. ? On another time, I got the fresas con crema. I had to force myself to finish them to not waste money. I don’t know if they add yogurt or what to the strawberries and cream, but it tasted like Danimals in my opinion. Nothing like the true and authentic fresas con crema. On another occasion, I tried the crepe. I had to throw away 3/4 of it. It wasn’t good and the flavor was so bland. We also tried the cowboy hotdog and that was good. I also got the horchata. Wow, I had to pour all of it out in the sink. The horchata’s taste was SO disgusting. Tasted like the powder horchata but with a strong spice flavor. It was terrible. It is NOT homemade horchata, so save your money on that, too. Overall, I had to stop coming to this place. I wanted to give them a chance and see if things got better, but they didn’t. Again, the people are nice, but the food is just bland and not good. I was so excited when they opened, but I just ended up being disappointed. They get 2 stars only because they are nice when they have attended me. No hate at all! I just want to give feedback. ?

Whenever I'm in Mount Pleasant, I always make sure to visit this restaurant. Their corn is absolutely delicious! The Fresada and horchata are also amazing. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the Beef Nachos and Bacon Cheddar toaster. Unfortunately, the chips were stale and it cost an extra $1.25 to add beef, but I only received a small amount. The bacon cheddar was not even toasted. I gave it a 3 rating because my kids were hungry and had practice at the high school. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

The esquite is delicious and the crepes with strawberries and chocolate are amazing! I give it five stars.
