East Bay Deli - Mount Pleasant

Not sure how many stars to give this visit. Was so excited to see this location. We have been to Summerville location many times. If you are going to serve a veggie sandwich please put some veggies on the sandwich. Only thing good about this was the toasted bread. Hardly any veggies and maybe two sprouts. Horrible. Can’t believe you would charge a customer for this. I will add the pic later as my WiFi is not good right now.

The sandwich was good as was the sweet tea, but the counter guy was super low energy and looked depressed. Why? EDIT: Thank you, updated to five. I'll be back soon!

I ordered the quarter pounder and the burger was paper thin. I ordered my husband the Italian sub and there was two thin slices of meat. He was so disappointed. Not worth the $37.00 charges.

I had a sandwich and coleslaw which were average, but when I looked at my receipt I discovered that this deli is hiding fees and trying to now pass their overhead onto the customer. There was a non-cash adjustment fee of 3.5% added to my bill with no mention that this fee would be added, because I used a credit card. Everyone uses credit cards and the company pays 3.5% which is included in their overhead prices on the menu. This company is a joke if they 're that desperate to pass their credit card transaction fee onto the customer without making that known with a sign and on their menu and so forth. This is low class behavior and I will not ever go to this deli again because they 're underhanded.
