Mcdonald's - Mount Pleasant

I want to praise Raphael at this point. We had an adult WCing incident early in the morning before the store was opened. He was so friendly to unlock the door so that the bathroom could be used and was so friendly to not make a big deal about a really embarrassing moment. Thank you. It wasn't the way we wanted to start our family vacation, but thanks to Raphael it could have been much worse.

Once I placed my order through the app, navigating that large machine was simple, and I was able to customize my order easily. The food arrived much faster than I had anticipated, and the same staff member who welcomed us and assisted us at the machine later came to our table to check in and make us laugh. Overall, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic and surprisingly different from other restaurants we've visited.

The staff here are incredibly kind! My 4-year-old and I chose this place for our date night because they maintain such a clean and fun atmosphere. He says you deserve a million stars! Thank you!
