Our waitress was really helpful to help us decide what to order, especially because we were not in pizza mood. We finally decided to share the garlic knots and Ana?s Arancini balls. If the kitchen accidentally gave us an additional order of Focaccia bread, let us keep it! I thought that taking an honest mistake to the customers, as well as letting them show additional food that this restaurant generous attitude to its customers. I'm not a tomato fan at all. I hate tomatoes in salad, in red sauce and generally. But I always found myself in the tomato sauce. I hate tomatoes. It changed life. After our meal we were even offered extra pizza to bring home with us! In simple, this restaurant is Mount Pleasant (and Charleston) the best addition to pizza and Italian cuisine scene. The staff is energetic, friendly and friendly. The food is delicious, fresh and made at home. If you are looking for amazing Italian food, this is the place to go.
When we first went, it was pretty good, especially for SC standards. We went back tonight, this time with the whole family and it wasn't good at all. The breadsticks were burned and the pizza was cold. We originally ordered for pickup, but decided to eat as soon as we are there. When I asked if the pizza was cold, the server said. Yeah? Much better if she? re hot?. Service was also very bad after we got our drinks, we never saw the server again until I asked for the check. This place had some promises, but seems clearly overpriced for what you get. Maybe someone in Mt Pleasant will open a real NY pizza shop.
Has potential, but not sure, its value of premium. They try to see, feel and even taste like a NY Pizza place, but their menu and prices do not. The pizza is good, but with an 18 simple cake from $18 and then $3 to $4 a topping, you end up with a pizza about what you would pay in most of NYC. Bold for a place that just starts and Mount Pleasant is expensive, but his not quite at NYC. I hope they choose that in or perhaps some specials for locals because it has potential, but now not worth the premium.
Not only the Pizza BY FAR the best I had in these parts, the friendliness of the owners is without comparison. Thank you for filling our belly nabel with leaks if we needed you most after a long day of movement!
We absolutely adore this pizza. The people are so warm and friendly and the food is our of this world. You will not be disappointed!
