Whataburger - Mount Pleasant

Every time I visit Whataburger at night, they always tell me that the shake machine is out of order. It doesn't matter if it's 9 o'clock or midnight! I find it hard to believe that it takes three hours to clean a shake machine. Tonight, I decided to call and inquire about the shake machine and the staff was incredibly rude. When I asked to speak to the manager, they told me to wait a few more hours if I wanted a shake, and then abruptly hung up on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This will be the last time I spend my money here. It's disappointing that this is the only late-night option in Mount Pleasant. I suppose I'll have to start cooking at home instead. I wish I could leave a negative star rating for them.

Absolutely luxurious as usual. The food order is always accurate and the food is consistently fantastic. The staff is always polite. It makes your mouth water just waiting in line.

Wow, this restaurant was impressive. The service at midnight was excellent; we received our food right after we sat down. The place was very busy, so we had to park in the Walmart parking lot because the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. The customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

This location is not worth visiting. Quality of product and service is beyond poor! Don't waste your money. Wish there were other 24 hour options in town.

The food was prepared fast and fresh. Enjoyed a delicious burger and fries. The spicy ketchup will make you never want regular ketchup again.
