Dunkin' - Mount Prospect

Today, I visited Dunkin' Donuts to pick up a birthday cake for my daughter. Naturally, it was a last-minute decision, which tends to be my style. The manager, Mike, seemed a bit hesitant about fulfilling my cake request, as I was clearly asking for a favor. However, I could see that he genuinely wanted to help, never once complaining or saying no. Instead, he took the time to discuss various cake options that he could manage before the party tomorrow. I really want to give him a huge shoutout for being so gracious, kind, and accommodating. Mike is a wonderful person and a true professional who goes above and beyond for his customers. Nasty Dunkin donuts you want to be at i ordered avacado toast and the avacado fell on prep table the lady who was making it she picked it up from there and put it on my toast where lots of flies were flying as well!!!
