We decided to call the restaurant to make sure the manager was informed about how customers were treated. Jim, the owner, promptly returned our call and offered a heartfelt apology. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our situation. That same day, he provided us with new sandwiches and generously offered to send us a catered order for the following week. We really appreciate the way we were treated, and we will certainly keep ordering our lunches from there. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!
This was the slowest experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's when it comes to making sandwiches.
Every time I place a phone order, the staff is wonderful! I haven't been to this location in person, so I can't speak to the dining experience. However, I can say that my delivery orders are consistently prompt, and I've never encountered any issues with my food.
