Steak N Shake - Mount Prospect

I am here today at 17.00 a.m. and the drive was closed. the woman inside said they had just opened and the flattop grill did not even begin. that has never happened in my whole life of almost food desires. how can they only open at 17 o'clock? if companies read this, please close this location. they ruin the call of their franchise.

As others stated...seems like owners just abandoned it to employees with no leadership. 1. Stop touching the straws and putting them into drinks..this is not 1950. 2. Ketchup only on a cheeseburger doesn 't mean no cheese.... hamburger=no cheese: cheeseburger=cheese. 3. Using tamper proof stickers on the side of a bag does nothing for tamper resistance.Just don 't bother to go here.

This steak and shake is terrible, its like its just been abandoned. Not sure they have a franchise owner or a manager at the Randhurst location. They close whenever they want. Like hours earlier than posted closing times and the food lacks any real care. Which at a Steak and Shake makes me think it's probably not edible.

Curbside does not work. The instructions say to call. The phone doesn't work. I left feedback on corporate site with no response after 2 days

I have visited this restaurant three times between 11 am and 2 pm. There were no cars parked in the parking lot and no cars driving through. I noticed this when I was heading from Buffalo Wild Wings to Jewel on Euclid Avenue. I wonder if the restaurant is even open.
