Updating my overall rating from 4/5 (specific to the take out experience) to 5/5 stars. Service dining in, specifically at the bar, is the 5/5 stars. Have been coming in almost every month or so and just joined the VIP Club and created an account. The absolute best steak in the chain steakhouse restaurant industry. And those bread rolls with the cinnamon butter Hard to pass up! Another not my first time here, but first Google Review! Dined in the first time in Texas a few years ago, and second time, I dined in at this fairly new location. Experience in Texas was 5/5. Here, service is on the slow side, and my experience tonight for take out was not great. Ordered on their website with expectation that my order will be ready to be picked up in an hour. Came a bit early just to check on my order and the To Go hostess said that I would receive a text message. An hour and a half passes and that text message was never received. We ended up checking back in with the To Go area hostess and our order was sitting, ready to go. My 4/5 stars is for the food and watching the hard working cooks.
Great atmosphere with even better food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Alexis, was very accommodating and helped provide an excellent dining experience. Cannot wait to come back in the future with my family again.
After being seated our party of three waited for about 25 min for our waiter to come by and take our drink order. We asked for bread and water multiple times and our server never brought them, we had to ask another server passing by if they could help us with bread and water.Food came out extremely slow, my boyfriend ordered his steak well done and it came out medium. He asked if he could get it cooked more which the server said they could do. After about 15 min the server comes back and asks us how everything is, and we politely remind him we’re still waiting on the food to be cooked further. He said it would be a few more min. So we waited a few and then asked for the manager, who promptly brought it out for us.We were very unhappy it took over 20 min to cook the steak further, by the time it came out everyone else at the table had finished their food. 0 starts to our waiter, but the manager was very nice about the situation and offered to take the steak off the bill.Our only other complaint is the patron shot we got with our margaritas did not taste of alcohol at all…. It tasted extremely watered down. Other than that the food was excellent, just wish we had experienced better service.
Melt in your mouth steaks! The food here is very tasty and cooked perfectly to order. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. They have an extensive menu, so there is something for everyone. This is going to be our new Goto steak joint! Loved it!Parking: There is parking on two sides of the building and ample enough spaces. Also plenty of handicap parking spaces available.
Food is so bad, literally the bread they give you is the only thing that tasted good. We got the pick 3 app to start. We picked fried pickles, snack bites, and skins. All 3 were horrible! We got the biggest steak a 20 lbs to split. The steak was overcooked, tasteless and small. We both got baked potatoes loaded, they were cold, and the cheese isn't even melted. It wouldn't melt because it's cold. They forgot the butter and sour cream. The corn is nothing special, probably out of a can, and I ordered vegetables, which were decent. They place was busy, I'll never know why, because it was so gross! Service was so slow as well to top it off. What a waste of time and money. Don't go here! I wouldn't even give them one star.
