Told the lady I booked with we were staying for our honeymoon, nothing special was done not even a note which for $350 a night seems lazy to me. View was great but nothing fancy about the room, not to mention we stayed on a weekend and none of their amenities open til 11 am which is check out time so we literally had to drive to town to get breakfast because the restaurant at the resort didn’t open for breakfast until 11 am. Very impersonal, disappointing experience. Save your money!
Great cabins, got 110, close to lake with nice views of the lake but to see mount Shasta itself you gotta walk to the beach nearby. Had some issues with window and electric outlets but staff are very nice and helpful
Beautiful and secluded place to stay. The entire chalet is lovely, comfy couch and recliners. Tv, above a gas fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with dishware, pots, pans, and washing materials. Perfect for being away from home if wanting to cook. Little stove top, fridge, dining area. Deck out front, great area to relax outside. Close to Lake Siskyou (which is beautifully stunning). First time staying, and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Great area located very close to stores in the town of Mt. Shasta. Family friendly.
We stayed here for our birthday, but couldn't enjoy as much as we hoped. Room was spacious but looked outdated and hadn’t updated many years.. I felt different from the pictures on the website I booked. I saw stains on the floor and the walls, and kinda depressing vibes in the room.. Don't forget to bring your own shampoos unless you don't mind using low quality stuff. Service was ok, too. Didn’t have experiences like “Resort” at all.. so wonder what’s the resort fee for..? They close front desk at 8pm, so better to get there by 7pm at latest. One good thing is a location. It’s very quiet and easy access to Lake Siskiyou. We enjoyed our morning hike, but I’ll choose other hotel next time I’ll visit Shasta.
We had a great room (house). They were friendly. Golf course is challenging and a little rustic, but fun. Definitely
