Papa Johns Pizza - Mount Sinai

I waited 40 minutes for my order, even though the app indicated it would only take 14-24 minutes. When I received my food, the box was crushed, as if someone had sat on it. To make matters worse, the garlic sauce packet was already opened. I will never order from here again!

I received the wrong item with my order. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver would come to exchange the incorrect item. However, when the driver arrived, he didn't have the missing item and still took away the wrong one. I called the store again and was told it was my responsibility to keep it. I requested a refund, and they informed me they would remake the item and send a new one instead. After some effort, I finally managed to get the manager to agree to refund me, but she said it would only take a moment and then abruptly hung up. When I called back, I was told the person on the line needed to consult with the manager, but when I asked to speak to the manager directly, I was told that the person I was speaking with was the manager. Eventually, my order was refunded, but the overall experience was simply terrible.

It seems like Papa John must own this specific location, as the person behind the counter is incredibly dedicated and is always on duty! He's a genuinely nice guy who makes excellent pizza and provides exceptional service all around. I highly recommend that anyone in the area give this place a try if they're in the mood for great pizza! Kudos to corporate; this location definitely deserves an A+!
