Rally's - Mount Sterling

The food was fresh and hot even after 10 PM, and the service was great. The manager, Skye, was incredibly helpful and friendly (not to mention beautiful!). Their new AI order-taking system was a bit unsettling, but it functioned quite well.

Delicious food and wonderful staff. They are genuinely polite, which is a refreshing change from many fast food workers these days.

I visited this restaurant shortly after it opened, hoping that it would have improved since my first experience. Unfortunately, I regret giving it another try. The food was disappointing. My burger was served cold, and the fries were so greasy that they seemed like they could have cooked another batch. It was one of the worst meals I've ever had—my dog even refused to eat it. I won't be coming back here again.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I found a plastic band that looked like it was from braces in my burger. I approached the staff politely to let them know, but instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of putting it there myself. I'm 55 years old; I've outgrown braces a long time ago. In the end, they offered me just $2.62 for the burger, as if that could make up for what I experienced. I guess I’m meant to be comforted by the sight of clean fries. My advice? Be sure to inspect your food carefully if you choose to dine here, or better yet, just avoid it altogether.

We visited the Mt. Sterling, KY location around 2 PM and ordered three meals through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, after leaving, we had to turn back because one of the burgers was missing, and another was made incorrectly. I approached the front window to retrieve the missing burger and to get the incorrect one fixed. Unfortunately, the employee was not very friendly or apologetic about the errors. After two attempts to correct the order and a 10-minute wait outside in 90-degree weather, I finally received the right food. I won’t be going back.
