Arby's - Mount Vernon

The people that work there especially the management do not care about the customer at all the dining room was empty and was not clean

Noah Strange always is rocking it. Multiple nights I’ve come in and he always makes it a bit better. I’ve had a handful of errors in orders over the last year and not once have I had anything but respect and dedication from him in correcting them. He’s a 10/10 guy and I appreciate him to no end. Thanks man, you are a blessing to your company.

It was an okay visit. The workers were kind and did a fine job. The restaurant was dead, though. Bland. Not very lively at all. The food was okay. It wasn't awesome, but it wasn't bad either.

Fries would have been better if the were fresher...otherwise it was a good experience. Service was good.

The food was really good, but they definitely have the highest priced fast food in Mount Vernon. The dining room is always empty or nearly empty when I go there. And the drive through line is never super long. So besides the extra $5 per meal it costs, I'd say it's worth it.
