Chugg Itt - Mount Vernon

I was specific about wanting my lobster tail &shrimp fried vs. steamed and they gave me exactly that! the option only being steamed in the app. ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS KEY FOR ME. very satisfied. Paid attention to the notes I added in my order. Oxtails was tender, Mac and cheese tasteful with flavor, pasta was very flavorful but a bit spicy and seafood fresh and tasty. I will definitely order again and recommend.

I purchased the Chugg Itt Bucket and 2 festivals; I spent a total of $86.75 with taxes and delivery. This was my most disappointing Door Dash order to date. I received 1 cluster of snow crab legs, 4 fried shrimp, 5 peppered shrimp and 1/2 of lobster tail (I literally mean 1/2 of the tail). Everything came on a enormous bed of rice, pasta and mash potatoes. Mash potatoes that weren’t mentioned in the description. I did not get the festival or corn specified (and I did not have “go with merchant recommendations” selected). The food is way overpriced. Delivery was quick and the taste wasn’t bad. However, quantity/quality was seriously lacking. I will not be purchasing anything from this merchant again.
