I am shocked by the rude service from the manager at mount vernon location. I'm sure the manager would never treat such a customer at our local culver.
I don't like their burgers but this time I tried their fish and it was excellent! Service can be a little bit better, but on the other hand they very busy, restrooms and restaurant were very clean
We stopped here on our way from Nashville to Peoria for lunch and they were very busy, but the staff was very nice and they got us our food in a timely manner considering how busy they were. This is place is conveniently located right off the interstate.
Ice cream, yes. If your looking for a mushroom and swiss burger, no. Hardee’s mushroom and swiss is loaded with mushrooms and tastes much better. Culver’s stick to what you do best. Burgers isn’t one of them.
When I have a taste for a burger while in Mt Vernon I always seem to end up at Culver's. It's a consistent experience, the dining area is kept reasonably clean, the food 8s generally pretty good. A faster experience would be nice though.
