Domino's Pizza - Mount Vernon

I had a great experience with customer service last night. I encountered some issues with my card during the transaction; it was a MasterCard gift card that required a postcode, but nothing seemed to work. However, the gentleman at the restaurant was very kind. He completed my order and let me take the food home to my family. I truly appreciated his generosity and plan to pay it forward when I'm in a position to do so. Thank you for ensuring my children got the meal they were looking forward to!

It’s quite uncommon to receive a poorly made pizza from this place. And if you ever do have an issue and bring it up, they’ll take care of it by giving you a card for a free pizza of your choice. Excellent service!

The staff who answered the phone were friendly and knowledgeable. However, our order took about 15 minutes longer than we were initially told. Since we often use delivery services, we have clear signs indicating where to leave packages on our front porch. It was a chilly day, and when the pizza didn’t arrive on time, I stepped outside to check on it. To my surprise, it wasn’t there; I noticed the delivery sign had fallen, and it was drizzling lightly. I decided to go in through the back door and made my way through the house to the front. When I reached the porch, I found the pizza sitting in the cardboard boxes, with no delivery person or vehicle in sight. There was also no knock, doorbell ring, phone call, or text notification. Thankfully, the pizza was still hot; it was delivered within the three minutes it took me to walk around the house. And it tasted amazing! We will definitely order again, but we’ll make sure to provide very specific delivery instructions next time.

Overall good food . But did notice that I didn't get are 2 litter and called back and management said they would make it right next time I can back in .
