Red Barn Cafe - Mount Vernon

Just my fiancés go to place for our mid week dinner date. The staff is friendly, efficient and gives outstanding service. Every dinner entree, appetizer, and breakfast for dinner is excellent. We highly recommend.

The waitress was so nice and helpful. It was clean and very homey. The food was big portions and was very good. Loved every bite. Had to take the rest of it home with the hearty portions they give. Home cooking is the best!! ??

For a place off the beaten path I was hoping they'd have better prices. I'm used to hamburgers costing $16 in the northeast, but this place in a lower cost of living area charging that much seems like a bit of a rip off.
