Royal Finest Deli - Mount Vernon

When I went back to the store, they couldn't believe what I was saying! They even requested to see the receipts from the credit card machine, and lo and behold, the first payment went through without any issues! I was able to get my cash back, but this whole situation feels like a scam aimed at non-regular customers. There was a young guy with glasses at the register—STAY AWAY! I'll never return!!!

I hadn't used one of my credit cards in over 6 months. Yesterday I used it at this deli store (first time I'd been there). Today I received a fraud alert regarding $1300+ worth of attempted charges on the card within a few hours of getting sandwich . It's possible that it was a coincidence but that seems unlikely since I hadn't used the card anywhere else in months. Either way I won't be back.

Had a bad experience with the guy making my food and ended up leaving. I had to wait over 10 mins before being acknowledged for my order. After choosing something from the menu, it was unclear if he heard the order since he never responded which I thought was very rude.

Goods location......fast service....prices are reasonable..... competent staff

They change their prices whenever they want. It takes a long time to get noticed and place my order at the deli, and then they rush you at the register, hoping you won’t notice the outrageous prices. I’m officially done with this deli.
