Pizza Hut

My pizza and mozzarella sticks were cold and flavorless. I also almost didn?t get my food. I would rather drive to get dominos.

This store is constantly closing early. I understand not taking deliveries past a certain hour, but they closed there front window 35 min prior to the closing time indicated in the store. I asked to place an order at10:25pm and I was told no becausethey were in the process of closing when they are not scheduled to close until 11pm. When placing a phone order on 1/17/21, Icalled at 9:40pm to place a pickup order. They said they closed early because the next day was Martin Luther King Jr Day. As aformer manager in the pizza industry, I know this is poor customer service. Please reach out to this store and correct thismatter because there is not many food choices located near us. When pizza hut says they are open until 11pm, if a pickup ordercomes in at 10:55pm or sooner, it should be fulfilled. Anything less is a failure on your part.

Ordered here twice in the last few months and both times i was disappointed. last's nights disappointment included 3 missing sauces and a BBQ pizza that consisted of about 50/50 crust to pizza ratio since there were little to no toppings on the pizza. This wouldnt have been so bad if i had the sauces i ordered i could have just dipped the bare and empty pieces of bread in the sauce but that was not an option.

Received 9 pizzas in 15 minutes! Cost of pizza was less than shown on the app.

Hands down the best Pizza Hut I've had in years! You can tell they took the time to make the pizza. Just the right amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese.
